Not sure how they would do that. They can't go give dlcs for games people don't have, and giving away dlc for arkham knight where there are owners of premium editions, it would ensure massive rage.

Makes me wonder why the hell they didn't do the PC version themselves if they have people capable of it.
Not enough time? They probably would have done it themselves if Warner was ok with delaying the PC version like they did it with the first 2 games.

Would be funny if Denuvo is the culprit. They will be in quite the pickle then.
I doubt denuvo is responsible for missing textures and effects and hard locks of the gpu drivers. A slight increase in cpu usage maybe, but these seem more to be some serious flaws with the engine code.
i dont think they can afford the feedback if they wipe everything, would overcome a major shitstorm and everybody who posted a negative feedback should change it IF the game becomes good
They have only themselves to blame. I don't feel the slightest pity for them.
Edit: on the other hand though, it would serve as a good sign for other publishers who are scared, that the PC community is forgiving and well natured if treated with the respect we deserve.

Got a 980Ti from EVGA yesterday and I recorded the first 10 minutes of gameplay at 4k. Having and average of 35fps at 4k is not bad at all considering how bad the game is optimized.

I can smell it, they underpaid some studio to do the porting and released it in an unready state, it's the publisher's fault 100%. Now they need to fork some money to the real pros to fix this shit.

Well ass creed unity was a good example as well but wb didnt seem to have taken notice.
But ofc refunds on steam are a gamechanger now

As many have pointed out already; there have been some truly shitty dross titles released on Steam, with bugs and performance issues up the wazzoo, yet nothing was ever done about it .. this is the first AAA title from a AAA publisher/developer to actively acknowledge they fucked up BIG TIME and to fix it.
... and I'm damned sure they wouldn't have done that had it not been for refunds.

I thought they were just dropping it digitally. Nope. Stores around here have all removed the PC version too.
mh maybe warner send mails to all big electronic stores to put them away cause of angry customers may come back with baseballbats ^^
edit: just checked the german amazon site. they removed the pc version too, only season pass digital code is directly purchasable via amazon. disc version removed, just 2 copies listed from a marketplace dealer.
this is getting huge, but atleast warner is straight and removing everything
They are full of shit there is no excuse really why they let an external shit company do the pc port? they just tell lies embarassed that the game was in such state they needed to take it off sales.
