Now I'm convinced. This is no incompetence. I bet there is a console fanbitch somewhere in the higher ups who got jealous of the superiority of PC performance in the last few years, and purposefully sabotaged the port.
I know, I know. Hanlon's Razor* and all that, but there is a limit, where the scale starts to tip over to intentional spite.

This just reeks of not having enough time and not wanting to delay the PC version. They get bad press either way. They probably didn't expect this much of a backslash though.

Thanks. Yep, kinda bullshit as i suspected. Cause it would be easy to evacuate a city like Chicago (from where Gotham was based).
This article says the PS4 version also has better smoke effects around the city compared to PC. And watching the video I see things like steam rising from sewers - something I haven't seen on PC.
