I got mine from nvidia as well. Think we get the preorder dlc too.

Read on the steam community thing that preloads won't happen until the actual day of release due to steam sales eating bandwidth; not sure how accurate that is though

Yea where? It's funny for how long i own the game in GMG. Took it first days it came in order to spend credit as i was afraid of playfire ban. Looked yesterday purchase date and its 10th april 2014 Laughing
