Crap man, that post about you diggin around in your teeth fisk, made me sick, Seriously.
OK, why not try some ambasol, its kinda like the fezzing you get at the doctor but not as strong. You dont swallow it, just apply it to the area.
Not sure if thats against your principles? hopefully its not, becasue you sound like your in massive pain. And if i get that from reading, oh man.

Oh, I just remembered this...try it for real, it really works. Do it everytime i have teeth/gum pain (i know what ur goin through with the molar thing).
Get a glass of luke warm water and add a ton of table salt (seriously, alot). Stir it up, and then take mouthfuls, gargle it in ur mouth/throat...the first round it may sting a lil, but after, it feels really good. Wash ur mouth out with luke warm unsalted water after, and take some tylenol  |
The wound is mostly internal (it's the piece of tooth that still hasn't surfaced that hurts, since it's cutting it's way to the surface). But this may be worth a try.
I'm not taking any damn pain-relief, if you're stupid enough not to go to the dentist (and have saved money for it), you're supposed to suffer like you must.

Thanks. I don't have any "Ambasol" at home, and it's almost a week 'til I get my next monthly loan/study pay.
I've just done a round of SycoShaman curative, plus I'm sitting with a bunch of ice in a glass in front of me.
Syco: The saltwater taste made me slightly nauseous, I hope it will do it's thing soon, because now it feels like I purposely drank seawater (no, I didn't swallow) 
It stinged a bit, but that's nothing, you get used to the pain after a while.
Now I'll sit around with icecubes in my palm, and if that don't work, they're going into my mouth 
Now it's day 3 that I haven't really slept. *sigh*
Yes, yes I'm back.

Yes, to a surtant extent, it is! Most healthcare is! Better yet, everything used to be free for real! Now a days it's still free for instance: If you come to sweden and we get drunk as hell and you end up falling down a mountain: You will get some of the best medical treatment in the world for free! Healthcare in sweden costs a maximum of $28, no more no less!
doesent mather what u have done to yourself, you wont have to pay more than $28 even to transplant a lung!

Well, did it work? Cuz seriously, it does work for me...and yeah, the taste is kidna nasty have a tea or something after, no sugar tho...black coffee if u like |

We have tried to help you fisk but you clearly just want to stay in agony, eventually you are gonna make yourself ill.
If you wont take a strong pain killer then there is nothing that can be done and the pain will not go away.
You have 2 final choices,
1. Use a credit card to see an emergency dentist.
2. Call 911.
I personally think you are being childish by not taking pain killers, i mean why are you so against taking thme, afterall the painkiller only stays in your body for max 4 hours.

I dunno dude...
Gets some good painkillers till you can afford/have time to go to the dentist...seriously, just go to the dr. and tell her your in a ton of pain, eye blinding pain (when it comes to eye pain because of teeth, jaw, gum pain, they give u the good meds ) and ur set for a few weeks
