You did, consoles are bad about giving people AIDS:
auto targeting aids, driving aids, coversystem aids, typing aids, ect ect...
You probably have 6-7 types of gameplay aids now..such as shame 
But regular use daily of keyboard and mouse can help you overcome these AIDS and live a productive life as a normal gamer.
Check with your doctor to see if keyboard and mouse is right for you.
Common side effects include:
1080p+
Higher framerates
Better textures
Moments of happiness after upgrades
the sudden desire to play more games
IF while on keyboard and mouse you have an erection lasting more than 4 hours, please do not be alarmed as this is a common side effect, and usually mild.
K&M is not recommended for those that are currently using, or thinking of using, xboxlive. As a severe reaction to intelligible game chat my occur. Please stop using K&M if thoughts of yo momma jokes, or if you had relations with her occur, and seek medical attention immediately.
