As the title says waiting for suggestions ofc if something like that even exists
if not:
Is there some survival game where it is easier to group with other players (clan style) and maye not get shot on sight?

Anyone try Neo Scavenger with the mods to lower the difficulty? I tried the demo and got killed pretty quick.
