Tomonobu Itagaki says project "going along really well" and Valhalla is in talks with publishers to bring game to market; "Valhalla Corner" opened at Roman game museum.
Devil's Third will be the first game from Itagaki after he left Tecmo in 2008. The title will be developed by Valhalla Game Studios, comprised of former Tecmo staff.
“Next year will be the year we’ll be releasing the console game, Devil’s Third,” Itagaki said. “At the moment, it is about 80% complete, and we can about see the end of it. However, there’s still a little more polishing that needs to be done. That’s also one of the reasons I’ve decided to work independently.”
“For you fans out there, I’d like to apologize for making you worry. We’ll be going all out next year, so please look forward to it.”
Devil's Third is slated for release on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC.

Yeah, the article says PC at the end but the creator specifically says consoles next year. Is he just lumping the PC in with the consoles? Or is the PC version delayed? Or did PC just get dropped?
The game looks crap, gameplay is nothing interesting nor original. After so many years in development this is all they have to show. I don't see why anyone cares this is Wii U exclusive. Not even Wii U owners will play this game.
Both companies also revealed an upcoming PC version called Devil’s Third Online, which will be multiplayer only and is described as “free-to-start”. It will launch “in various regions around the world following the release of the Wii U version in each region”, starting in September.
