Hell, I'd be happy you got *anything* from it as most courts side with the IP holders over cybersquatting.. and "deusex.eu" isn't something a fan would normally have, but a top-level IP holder. SE paying you €300 seems like you made out a winner in this Very Happy

Considering Deus Ex is part of a widely known Latin expression Deus Ex Machina, I doubt it would be as easy as you make it sound.

It doesn't matter, "Deus Ex" is a trademark now so any top-level domains named that could easily be considered cybersquatting if not owned by the trademark holder. We may not like or agree with it, but it's how it is. Many big name companies have "stolen" away domains from people because their domains have trademarked names. It's exactly as easy as I make it sound Very Happy

Go and try to register Apple.eu and claim that it's "just a fruit", see what happens.

Did you at least try to barter with that company you sold it to ? I would at least try that to see how much they are willing to give. And to be honest as a gamer you should know company like SE might be behind it
