That's just the OP. Keep reading the thread and seeing OTHER systems that are vastly more powerful, still struggling. It's obvious to anyone with eyes that this game needs serious optimisation and the dev just blanks everyone, saying their machines aren't good enough. thus; cunt. Shame too as the game itself is really good, it just ran like ass.
performance was okayish when i played it, not soo much slowdowns (although they were noticable), maybe it gets worse after the first level. but as i said before: this game is just utter crap and bugged. no reason to play or even buy it to support those idiots

You really should simply drop settings the difference is extremely minor. Just keeping textures and destruction on high is really all that is required for perfect immersion, as the other settings are only noticeable when pixel hunting, due to the black and white approach.
+ the game gets better in the second half and is very short.
no performance issues here. played the tutorial + first level everything on max and had no fps stuttering or whatever. constant 60fps. don't know why so many people got problems with it?
the controls are weird somehow. it was really hard for me to play with mouse and keayboard. maybe you need to get used to it but not for that game... uninstalled

what i have no reason to lie! i just have a 970 so there is no reason to say oh look my pc is so damn good watch my titan sli setup guys it runs everything on max.
only thing which wasn't on "ultra" was shadows. do you play the steam version? maybe it has to do something with the steam overlay? i swear to god i had no problems in the first mission and had constant 60fps
Non-steam, massively OCed 780 (above 970 levels performance ), settings on LOW and it still dropped below 60. On high/ultra it was not even close to 60, and during destruction or "execution cam" it's not rare for it to drop to 30s level.
every game that used APEX , that shit from Nvidia for cloth simulation worked like shit ... like MAFIA 2 ... from 25 to 10 fps ON ... 60 to 120 fps OFF ...

but we are on PC and you can turn that shit OFF ...
go into \Hatred\Intermediate\Config\CoalescedSourceConfigs ... INI heaven turned it of constant 60fps

what files will you edit and what values you copy , and then set those files to READ ONLY MODE :

They can all be zeros when you edit Scalability if doesn't FUCKING MATTER ... just use brain and pick the right number ... you can even remove that shit blur or film crap filter ... just lower that internal render to a 1% or 2% ... disable the shit you do not like ...oh and i Use Borderless mode , Windows V-sync is 200x better then this game crappy laggy thing ...
on the other hand .. no matter what you do Assassin Creed Unity works like shit
and there where also 3 things more in that engine.ini ... but well its a mess , it was about making the memory cache a bit higher then those .... ehm XBO standards they use ...
thats how it looks ... dunno if those JPGs will show the 1-2% less internal resolution loss , but you get a nice speed bump ...

I came to this thread to get solid 60 fps, but then i saw that second picture and its 56
its a mild hiccup that you get, but you always get 60fps ... see my vid , there is even a section there 1:44 when you would think it will drop but ... nope still 60 fps ... i mean thats a simple INI tweak ... like in Watch_dogs that gave this game a speed boost ...

As for the whole "some ass will comment on scalability options being on low" -- uh, yeah, because they are.. and regardless of your claims; those options DO affect visual quality as you can tell in my screenies towards the end. Look at the grenade explosions.. they're just puffs of smoke, no particles, no nice lighting, matching the "low" settings you had people force in the INIs.

Sabin, I know you have some mental problems you get money for ... but please , did you check your PC for once, if something is wrong with it ? Anti-vir or some defragger or some other program in the back thats ruining your experience ...

You can post as many videos with your superior system as you want, I never claimed YOU couldn't get 60 but it doesn't change the fact that your "ini tweaks" are snake oil bullshit and don't do a damned thing for performance for the rest of us. Many, many, MANY people have complained about shitty performance in this game - many with systems far more powerful than mine.
