Guys, come on 
The beta will be PC exclusive for free beta testing, in the end the derpsoles will likely get the polished version, I'll take a guess and say this will be like Diablo 3 all over again.

I like Jake Soloman, really think he did a great job with the first game.
And the new theme and stealth orientated tactics sound exactly in my sweet spot.
Oh and pure focus on PC is a nice touch.

Sounds too good to be true. I don't trust this.
There is always a catch with these things.
And oh god how often we've heard that a game would be developed primarily for PC and PC first and make use of all the extra PC power etc etc, and what do we get in the end...? yep, exactly. lol

Is November 2015 release date? That means this was on development for some time now and no1 knew. Unless it uses the same engine as the previous one.

Check the screenies on pcgamer: it's the same engine, prolly tweaked and polished.

The XCOM website has been updated and has some other small details:
The mobile base is called "The Avenger" and is a converted alien ship.
There are five classes now — I'm guessing "Ranger" is the new one. They mention "Momentum" as a new class ability.
"The state of the world affects each combat mission's environment."
"Use concealment to ambush enemy patrols." (YES.)
"Loot enemies for precious gear and artifacts."
You can save fallen soldiers by carrying them to the extraction. (YES.)
"There are virtually infinite combinations of map, missions and goals." (YESYESYES.)
Also confirms head-to-head multiplayer on generated maps.

Nice trailer, would love to see some actual game-play though. I'm honestly hoping they IMPROVE on the previous title and not just reskin the fucking thing.

No actual economy presented , so far. Scavenge resources, research, develop and upgrade on the Avenger. Looks more of a Syndicate game, rather than an XCOM. On the fence.

The screens on PC Gamer don't look that great. Too bright and pastel compared to the trailer. And not exactly taking advantage of the kind of graphics that PC-exclusive should provide.

The graphics are the last thing that would push them to make this PC exclusive.

Poor console sales for Enemy Unknown are probably the reason it's PC exclusive. I'm just saying they could've taken the opportunity to make it look awesome if they're not going to be restricted to making a multiplatform game.
