I'm having a problem finding feline enhanced boots..

It is supposed to be here

 Spoiler:

But the chest is empty. I think I already was here earlier and looted it but for some reason i don't have feline enhanced boots diagram.

PS
Quote:

Edit: Actully i have the diagram but the quest doesnt' know that. Might be because i found it without finding the mark. GOing to check if the quest will clear once i find the last piece.

Edit2: Ok quest cleared well.

I guess I'll just find the last remaining piece Wink

to get the fight quest you have to go to a tavern and there will be a fight going on, simply just enter then after the match is over geralt will ask the guy who he can fight next and the quest track will appear

How many times do I have to say this? THERE WAS NOBODY FIGHTING THERE.

There's three fighters, one should be in Blackbourgh or what it was called near the ever so weird pellar.

One is in a inn as mentioned but I do not remember which one and the third well I haven't checked the quest in a while so I forgot where he was. Smile

EDIT:

Jonah is in Blackbough. Walk up to the bookie to bet some money on yourself. The only advice we can give is that heavy blows seem more effective than quicker hits. A couple of knees to the face will usually leave your opponent on his back.

Once Jonah is down go to Inn at the Crossroads and have it out with Smithy, who’s inside the boozer. It’s a little tighter in here so you won’t be able to move around much, but three or four big hits will put him out.

Now get on over to Lindenvale to go one-on-one with Fishgulper. He’ll plead with you to take a dive and that’s up to you. If you beat him down you’ll now face the Sergeant in Crow’s Perch.

Thanks for the locations JB, but I've checked them all. I looked at every single guide I could find, went to all the stated locations, there is nobody fighting in any of them.. no named people to talk to that starts the fights either. The only place I found was in Novigrad at the same tavern where you hire the captain to ship you to Skellige.

I'll just keep playing, hopefully it opens up later.

I'm not sure if there's something specific to starting the quest chain, I just found the guy in Blackbourgh and talked to him, think it was in the evening or even night which might be important since some quest givers only appear at certain times.
(Although so far I've only seen that occur with Rostan Muggs near the main bridge to Novigrad from Seven-cats-inn.)

Not a single treasure hunting quests gave me exp, I am pretty certain they're not supposed to grant exp, as they provide you with schematics for gear( got to level 35 after doing almost everything, done plenty of grey quests which meants that I missed out some exp, but with so much you are overleveling everything anyway

well to me it made sense considering the situation and recently fixed amnesia , but i read all the books so have no idea how it is for game-only people. There is too much history between Geralt/Yen/Triss/Ciri to explain

Are there any downsides to killing a guard? I'm wandering around the Baron's mansion and one of the guards was all "get out of my sight!!" and spat on the floor. So I raised fist (love that by the way, tapping left mouse in public areas has Geralt raise his fist menacingly and threateningly to frighten people Very Happy) and the guard started fighting .. I killed him and *nobody* reacted to it. None of the other guards and not even the Baron who was sat 2 metres away grinhurt

Interested in that too. Will you also get exp for killing them, and do they respawn?
Might clean up some camps then Very Happy

Well he's gone, body vanished and not respawned/returned to his post, so I think so? Either way, there doesn't seem to be any adverse effects right now... so that's fine, I can finally stop being a pussy and deck the guards that spit or threaten Laughing And yeah, the guards don't "kill" you either, they knock you out and take HALF your gold grinhurt

Guards should respawn but I guess it depends on how it's set up, I tested this out with godmode and attacking the Nilfgaard army encampment in White Orchard, go into the main area and threaten a guard and some ~20 or so will attack you all at once, kill them and then walk through the gates outside and then walk in again and they will all have respawned.

(You have to cheat here if you were to actually try this, guards scale to your level and a bit above and there's some 10+ or so constantly attacking, obviously you are not meant to win battles against groups of guards, lone ones perhaps but they tend to call friends to them, your encounter must have been the one guard nobody liked.)

Speaking of respawning creatures also respawn although for marked locations they do seem to disappear once you've "grayed" them by getting everything from said location and trophy monsters and other one-of-a-kind encounters will not respawn either.
(Some of the trophy monsters look real nice even if it most of the time is just a texture variation.)

Yes, it's from that notice board that you get the quest.

Maybe it's later in the game? I've started doing the Baron quests now, already checked the noticeboard, no fights Sad Perhaps the board restocks after the Baron questline is done?
I *think* it was on my way back from accepting the baron quest from the guy himself; on the way up I picked up the whatever witcher contract, on the way down I saw it flashing again and was a bit puzzled, checked it out and it mentioned the fists of fury quest (as well as the velen gwent quest... I think)

It was exactly that, I just needed to progress further in the Baron questline and then the Crow's Nest noticeboard lit back up and posted notices for fist fighting, Gwent and horse racing \o/ Thanks Toni!

Nekkers are particularly lethal if you let them surround you Razz I have to use my reinforced igni against them to soften the pack before trying to fight them head on.

Then again, I've fought many nekker packs yet I rarely find nekker warriors to get nekker hearts from (the only nekker hearts I've found so far were from nests). Here's hoping there's plenty of nekkers in Skellige Smile
