is there a guide out there that determines how much exp you're supposed to get? don't even know where the guy i quoted got his exp rewards list from.
it's easy enough to just add the missing exp without breaking the game balance(which is kinda crappy enough to begin with due to the amount of stuff there is to do).
Also the amount of XP you get depends on your difficulty setting.
"Enlightenment is man's emergence from his self-imposed nonage. Nonage is the inability to use one's own understanding without another's guidance. This nonage is self-imposed if its cause lies not in lack of understanding but in indecision and lack of courage to use one's own mind without another's guidance. Dare to know! (Sapere aude.) "Have the courage to use your own understanding," is therefore the motto of the enlightenment."
so after skellige is there another big zone or this is the last one ?
That's the last one. But there are some smaller areas you'll travel to.
Sort of interesting video, a $350 PC below the minimum requirements can run the game better than PS4:
That was genuinely interesting, thanks randir! I'm surprised a $350 system is running TW3 so well and even beating out the PS4 at the same, and higher, quality. Nice.

There is this walkthrough that lists the XP rewards.
But seeing as the bug seems to have been present since day 1 and there is no way to know which quests gave you XP and which didn't, I think at this point it's easier to just add like 5000. If that's overshooting the target then so be it. Let's say you farmed mobs for a while. It's not your fault their QA department is incompetent.
They might still come up with a way to automatically give you the proper amount with the monday miracle patch.
Well the Witcher 3 is certainly not a modern game when it comes to Ram, Vram and shit usage. Vram is less than 2gb needed. Every modern game uses 3-4gb with everything to max but Witcher uses 2gb.....
Ram 4-4,5gb also not great. CPU usage is fucked also. So there is still a lot more modern pcs can do but of course thx to the consoles they fucked us.
Maybe Arkham Knight will use 3-4gb Vram and 6gb+ Ram I truly hope so. I want the stuff to be used to make the game look better. More special greater african american wilder!
And what did I read about in the news today? A little console fucker I think it was a GTA developer said the consoles can do A LOT more and we will see better graphics at the E3 this year but still not what the consoles can really do. Yeah right YEAH RIGHT they have such great graphicscards it's unbelievable This is so fucking sad but it's always the same anyway.

What the hell are you reading Vesemir, reads like a bestiary book but sadly nothing gets added to the bestiary:
(Found a couple of copies of this in Kaer Morhen.)
Should look up what that actually is one of these days as I actually don't know much about it besides what I saw in the first Evil Dead and a few other horror movies, strange series that as it started as a B horror movie and ended as a comedy though I still loved the third movie.

The parts were bought second hand and/or with rebates. Still cool though, and I don't think it would cost much more to build it, or something similar.

So you don't want games to use RAM/VRAM more efficiently and be optimised?
If Batman uses 3-4GB VRAM as standard only a select minority of PC gamers will be able to play the game. Is that what you want? To have PC gaming to be only for rich elitist bastards?
I'm running Witcher 3 perfectly fine on my mid range PC and I thank the developers for optimising the game so I can run it well on a modest PC.
You realise Rockstar and other console developers have to make the consoles seem like they are amazing machines or they wouldn't sell as many games. It's just a PR stunt as we get closer to E3.
I don't get the RAM complaints, I really don't. Of ANY issues I've raised with W3, the friggin' memory isn't one of them.. neither RAM nor VRAM as both their utilisation and usages have impressed me. This game, all whacked up settings at 1080p, uses less than 2GB of VRAM and that's a GOOD thing.

Indeed, compare this to the utter nonsense that is Watchdogs and ACU, TW3 is majestic. I got 980 when it came out and I already thought 4gb was somehow already obsolete, glad I'm wrong.
Yeah, artificial memory inflation is fucking pathetic and a side-effect of the consoles "unified" memory stuff, meaning shit-ass developers don't bother properly coding games Seeing the completely open world *and* the high model/texture detail in TW3, yet using less than 2GB VRAM and less than 4GB system RAM? That is impressive. Hell, if I'm not mistaken someone is running this on a 1GB 5850 and having a decent time too, albeit vastly reduced settings

That would be me. I was actually surprised that I could run it with most settings on high and some even on ultra - the tradeoff being avg. 25fps.
Only in Novigrad did I have to turn textures down to med because it would drop into the 10s.
It's true the game looks great so I don't complain that much about the Vram usage I do not. On the other hand I think there are ways to improve the graphics and the graphicscard usage. Usually with better textures more Vram is needed. Now Witcher has great textures so how is it possible? Not sure.
Some textures are plain fucking ugly though....if Batman Arkham Knight wants to have up to date graphics with amazing textures all around our dicks it has to use more than 3gb with max details and 1080p. If not then....I don't know then I will forget myself. Under 2gb Vram usage doesn't mean it's fucking ugly though that's not my complain.
Reading some pages behind, this game performed a miracle: one day after release it crushed all the "downgrade" bitching. Myself included. That doesn't happen often in this forums
I bet it's not just sweetfx but some ini tweaking as well..And why there is no fps counter?
yup, no way the game looks that good only with sweetfx, most likely heavy foliage tweaking. I've read that it limits the variety of the grass which seems to be the case in this movie

I can confirm that it doesn't look like in the video. Not even close.
Just tested that preset (was using a different one) and it does look really good. Special mention to the sky which looks more realistic (not that exaggerated blue)
Signature/Avatar nuking: none (can be changed in your profile)
