Well, all the efforts to track this girl down have failed. The only other way is too look her dossier up on the police computer and go knock on her door and that is not creepy at all So yeah, I have failed, the train has been long gone. I missed my chance back then.
Yes. Honestly it's always best to make the impression face to face rather than contacting through fb/twitter etc etc. Especially for us older people who grew up in a "social media free" era.

P.S. I would still try to infiltrate the police station by using the rooftops vent, hack their computer, find the girl's credentials and sneak away by stealing the guard's backdoor keys. But that's just me
