Gah! Got a wisdom tooth that hurts my rear right gum so it's swollen and smarts like hell. Damned be humanity that can fly to the moon and back, create machines so advanced, they're able to calculate things way beyond human ability. But dentists still can't do shit to your mouth without causing immense pain, and there are no techniques that actually can restore teeth.
Gah, and evolution can't align the teeth properly, so the damned teeth grow inside the flesh! GhhNnn... can't bloody sleep.

i have 2 that are still growing, the two bottom ones. never had problems, just a couple of days when it was breaking my skin to come out but it all good now

Yeah they suck. I have removed 3 of them (yes I am a fucking freak  )... But it didn't cost me anything...

Going with the anethesia thing, I've been knocked out by it a few times, and in the cases where i had a choice I was always warned of the potential for danger (I may never wake up, etc). I don't care. I would rather die while unconcious than be awake to watch you stab me with various instruments trying to fix whatever was broken, lol!
I hate dentists too though. I want in for routine maintenance and it was going really good. The girl was really skilled with that scraper thing, until she somehow managed to hook it behind and under a tooth (when they noticed the impacted winsdom teeth). Holy mother of god if I ever experience pain on that level again i'll go insane. She was sooooo sorry after though, after i nearly passed the fuck out. Just thinking about it makes me cry lol! I think I'd rather have pins pushed under my nails!

I have all 4 out. The first 2 were not bad, my top ones. I got the bottom 2 out this september and got dry socket. Holly fuck, dry socket it 10 times more painful than the teeth were. I couldnt sleep, eat. When i would breath, the air rushing along the open socket would casue an insaine amount of pain. I lived on T3s for 2 weeks.

Well you see, since I am under 20 I get medical treatment for free here. That is why we pay taxes and stuff. Sure you could go to a private clinic and get it fixed but for me it is free anyway so I don't care. However it will cost me when I get older so therefore I am trying to get it all fixed now...
Same with medical care, its for free...

heh I had all 4 of mine removed at once when I was sixteen!!! From what my mom tells me ( I can't remember much of it...it's all kinda hazy) I staggered outta the office and didn't wanna leave cause I was too busy trying to pick up the assistant !!!!!
I was lucky no dry sockets either

Gah, I got the idiotic idea to grab some hexident + a small brush and try to clean the gum around the tooth with a toothpick... the skin is so damn sensitive that even just barely touching it sends pain signals up through my entire fucking head (making me dizzy), so I start to clean it (for some silly reason, this hexident-shit makes your teeth become brown, and it tastes like fuel smells). So, I'm cleaning, smashing my fist in the wall when I happen to be a bit too over-anxious (and it hurts like a motherfucker) - then I do the deed that will make the retarded seem bright, I get the idea that I should push the toothpick underneath the layer of gum (only half the tooth is visible, the rest is underneath a layer of gum), and when I do this, I slip, and the toothpick slides straight inside the most hurting piece of gum... and I break two bottles of perfume, and step around in the glass from screaming like a stupid idiot, cut my feet (not much though), and now my feet smell like a fricking turkish hair salon.
And it still hurts like someone stuck a bunch needles through my chin, and played around with them.
Damn torture!
Fuck evolution! Fuck these damn "wisdom teeth".

Oh, I just remembered this...try it for real, it really works. Do it everytime i have teeth/gum pain (i know what ur goin through with the molar thing).
Get a glass of luke warm water and add a ton of table salt (seriously, alot). Stir it up, and then take mouthfuls, gargle it in ur mouth/throat...the first round it may sting a lil, but after, it feels really good. Wash ur mouth out with luke warm unsalted water after, and take some tylenol |

The wound is mostly internal (it's the piece of tooth that still hasn't surfaced that hurts, since it's cutting it's way to the surface). But this may be worth a try.
I'm not taking any damn pain-relief, if you're stupid enough not to go to the dentist (and have saved money for it), you're supposed to suffer like you must.
If the head is stupid, the body suffers

do yourself a favour drop your principles gets some codeine in you and get ready for the pain to fade away, it will feel so good and you can take the painkillers till the wisdom tooth has done its worst.
you are being silly by denying yourself painkillers.
