Ah yeah I do recall the signposts but never checked them out. Like I say I dont use fast travel anyway its unrealistic plus you never know what you might come across when travelling on foot or by horse Smile

It works pretty well to be honest. You have to press the touchpad to gain access to inventory, map, quests and journal etc, I would say the UI is similar to Dragon Age Inquisition but you could instantly access the map in Dragon Age Inquisition using the d-pad. For me the game would benefit immensely as it is a minor annoyance having to go through the main menu to access the map but there is a mini map on the HUD for your immediate surroundings. The same is obviously required for the inventory but I think you can assign some items so they are quickly accessible. One cool thing I noticed is the lightbar on the PS4 controller is red when you draw your steel sword and purple when drawing the silver sword Very Happy

Its a shame they couldnt make use of the touch features for the touchpad to touch a certain part of it for quick access to the map and inventory.

Im not sure where the location is but is that framerate really that bad? It doesnt look that bad to me in that video. Its nothing like Assassin's Creed Unity bad lol. Like I said I played 2 hours and had no issues with framerate. If I have framerate issues I will be sure to mention it. I will play the game for a second time after work but so far so awesome in my personal opinion.

Also Ive been reading the current patch is a day zero patch and there is another patch released when the game is officially available which willl be the day one patch. Not sure if I believe that.

great game, only managed to play for an hour after launch though.
what i noticed though is that the occasional stutter is due to framepacing and not sub 30 fps framerate though, atleast in the first hour.
the framerate itself seems to be unlocked and hovering around 35-40, they just need to give us an option to lock it down to 30 like in killzone and infamous and most problems will be solved Very Happy

Whats up with the loading time when you start a new game for the first time on ps4.

I am waiting for over 10 mins now waiting for the loading screen to finish Confused

I already quit the game and started over but then i had to rewatch all the movies without a possibility to skip and now i am waiting again for a long time.

I deleted the game and shutoff the PS4 then i installed it again and cancelced the patch 1.02 and now its working. Good Job CD Projekt Red.

The pros far outweigh the cons but the inventory system and interface could be better. I wish stuff could be put in order of weight and value and there was a single tap option to access the map.
