PC Master Race, where standards have been slowly eroded until 40fps is acceptable (inb4 many excuses about how you don't need 60fps since it's not a twitch shooter, PC Excuser Race) --- hold on KC, pretty soon 30fps will be the acceptable standard, nay, even the preferred amount! PC 30fps Race.

Pretty soon you will be able to pay 5x the amount of a console to be able to play the same crippled game with a keyboard and mouse with horrible ported console UI! Thanks Microsoft, without your efforts PC gaming would be dead.

Kinda defeats the purpose of calling it "Ultra" though. Not to mention most of the people are far away from 970/980,so it would also make more sense to develop "dirty peasant" section better. As it stands right now, it's meh on either end.
