Although he makes some decent points, his mention about Dark Souls II isn't one of them and he shouldn't feel "dirty inside". From still had pre-downgrade screenshots on their site up to and after the game was released (and are still there). In that case it was pure false advertising.

I have to say that launch CGI trailer is great!
While I am disappointed for the downgrade, I expected it long time ago - though I didn't anticipate it would be as drastic. From some screens it looks worse than years old Witcher 2. But I guess that's the price for being open world. Nevertheless it doesn't matter much to me, as long as the gameplay is going to be fun.
