Don't worry, you apparently get to choose all the branching choices when you start playing TW3, it's in the form of an interactive conversation at the start.

Okay, well that's fair enough and I actually agree and support it.. but I'm more of a realist/pessimist and I don't believe this will be any different. We'll have the same textures, the same models, the same geometry, the difference will be view distance and AA .. which, granted, can have a large impact, it just won't fix the poor flat lighting or the lousy geometry

The shaders and other postfx actually look pretty awful in screens now. But eh I'm sure it will look good enough in action. I'm more worried that it will run like absolute shit.
All the footage from reviews I've seen had awful frame drops. I love how they can put out such badly optimized review copies but the outlets will eat it up and barely even mention it because "it will be fixed in a patch".
Just giving a recovery a try first. It's going to be a 25% or so fresh experience playing the second. Never did play the non human side, so i would love my save game back
And I somewhat agree that most of the discussion regarding graphics should also be done *after* the PC version is released too.

Maybe due to some editing of the game itself causing that (which you didn't do on that other save maybe) or you think actual save game corrupt?

I think it's corrupt since the plains crypt save is working. But perhaps the other save games can be located on my windows 7 partition on the same drive. I'm giving it a try.

Under the right conditions game looks just as good as before... Even better.
Under other sure it looks bad... You can make any game look bad especially open world ones.

Well let me put it this way: I am ready to fuck this game in 1440p and ultra hard. SSAA won't work properly and over 1440p wont as well. So let's hope there isn't too much flickering.
