Having been shifted from Lifetime to A&E a few weeks ago, the first trailer is now out for "Damien". This new TV series spin on "The Omen" essentially ignores the sequels, and acts as a direct follow-up to the 1976 classic horror tale. Filming on the ten episode first season is currently underway in Toronto ahead of an early 2016 debut on the network.

Damien Thorn (Bradley James) is now an adult who must come to grips with the haunting events of his past and must comes to terms with his true destiny - that he is the Antichrist. Barbara Hershey, Megalyn Echikunwoke and Omid Abtahi also star in the series which is written and executive produced by Glen Mazzara ("The Walking Dead," "The Shield").
