CDP commenting on place of many ass kickings site:
"This will be available to everybody, not just those who bought the game"
Doesn't this contradict earlier official, press, statement (and not some random uncorroborated torrent comment) where they said game patches/updates were only available to legitimate owners as a way of differentiating between pirates? I'm not saying it's fake, there are many developers who often post comments on torrents, but this does kind of seem strange.
Yeah, I found that weird too. Perhaps only the day-one patch will be available for everyone, and each subsequent one will be for buyers only?
-PhysX Apex by Nvidia also include the Clothing Physics
-The Dynamic Weather System was edited last month
-24h ingame should be 90 minutes in reality
-Texture Resolution from PC is the same asthe Console Version
-We can edit the Shaders (Different Shader Presets in the Game)
-Shadow Resolution on PC is much Higher.
-Seems like there is PCSS Shadows ingame for PC Gamers.
-Tesselation Effect is avaible but not in the Graphics Menu.
-PC Gamers get more than the Triple View Distance as the Consoles.
-MSAA is not supported yet.
The IGN review reads like it would score less than 9.3. Maybe the general game is just good enough to bring the score up, but im a bit disappointed in learning the main storyline is 'meh'.

well its IGN so i guess not enough gay bulls and other SJW material
Thanks to lots of excellent dialogue and voice acting there is some emotional payoff along the way, but it’s mixed in with too much padding in the form of meaningless fetch quests and collectathons. Every time I felt like I was on the verge of an interesting revelation, I’d have to suddenly stop to escort a goat, or search for a lost, narcoleptic dwarf. Heck, even Geralt can barely hide his frustration with the constant parade of menial tasks at times.
I thought they said side quests aren't going to be anything like "gather 10 herbs", "find missing toe", etc.
cons:
- unsatisfying character growth, not many new spells/skills to unlock, talents like 1% to crit chance, mostly plays the same from prolog to end boss
- many low level quests
- standard monsters sometimes harder than bosses

Sounds like DAI
Actually in DA:I it would be something like collect 40 shards or 20 plants something like that, escorting goats seems pretty fun in comparison

When they say

Well the 2-3 reviews I read mention plenty of bugs, quests breaking, npcs not responding if they wander too far away from their quest path, clipping issues etc. Some reviewers even found placeholder dialogue. I guess this can be fixed with the day 0 patch.
