yes but every expansion added features , things that where in Sims 1 + DLCs where in the vanilla Sims 2 ... expansion added contend after contend after contend ... heck its like 13 gigs or more ... but then Sims 3 came and ... ehm hey man, where did all my stuff go, from part 1 and part 2 ... buy it again ... in theirs in-game micro transaction shop 
but fuck me, Sims 4 stupidness toped all ... all basic features are now cut |

Basically they made a new player that deliberately breaks if people were using adblock software. First they lock HTML5/mobile/HD playback behind a paywall and now they're deliberately breaking the SD videos for adblock users.

Hmmm the player seems to work fine for me, with chrome + adblock. Maybe u have some other adblocker which causes the problem?

No, I think something's been tweaked, as I couldn't get it to work at all, but now I do.
Be aware if you have a script blocker as well, that stops it from working - you need to turn off NoScript for example.
