Yeah the biggest framerate drop culprit is still the Extended Distance Scaling - same thing as Dying Light, it seems.
Nope, stuttering is gone but the mouse still feels... off, even at 60 FPS. Oh and I still can't WALK while in first person mode...

@Drowning_witch
What's wrong with 5400? These drives are meant for storage purposes Actually, I need more of those lol coz I'm running out of space with all these bluray rips and stuff
Besides, yeah, I have to wait a bit longer for a level to load than from SSD, but so what? After that it doesn't hinder my performance at all.

I dunno, Vice City still trumps this game by miles if you ask me. Especially since running and walking feels annoying and unresponsive. | Wait, what?! What about special vehicles "hidden" around the map, like on the other GTA's (say, the NRG-500 in San Andreas for example, was accessible in the first city but it was kinda hidden)? | Can anyone confirm/clarify?

3DMGAME-Grand.Theft.Auto.V.Update.1.and.Crack.v2-3DM works for me on Windows 8.1 64bit
edit: Spoke too soon. There's a memory leak in the crack, or something. After a while game becomes unplayable with very low fps and sound cutting off. Waiting for v3
edit: Seems to be fixed. Was running the game in Windows 7 compatibility mode. Turning that off fixed the issue. So far no jerky sound or frame rate.

There are a few vehicles I remember being kind of rare in the console version like the Ratloader and Hearse plus a few more like that that only spawn in certain areas. One collectible mission unlocks a special vehicle but to be honest it has been so long since I played the console version I cannot remember what else the other collectibles unlocked other then me getting them all for the achievements and completion % in game.

It's possible you can still find special cars - to be honest, that's not as important to me as the many different items you could pick up in the older games. Guns, melee weapons, armor, killing sprees, stars to reduce your wanted level, etc. I liked finding those and running around randomly and finding a great weapon was just great.
They already got rid of most of those in GTA IV, didn't they? I never played it that much because it was too brown, slow and annoying to control - both on foot and while driving. At least driving has improved now.

There are weapon drops, a lot of them. Maybe you should just check out one of the Wikia maps or complete guides that show them. Yes there's no arcardey icons floating around anymore.
So you want to run around like in VC? Where you could push cars away by running against them, being faster than them sometimes and overall having a clunkly 4 directions possibility?

Weapons drops where there in IV, just took a lot more effort to find. Guess they did the same with this one then.

EDIT: Nevermind, I had to turn off MSAA. |
An alternative you can try: turn on MSAA, but reduce Post-FX to High or lower.
I had this issue, and this fixed it.
