Well, I ended up downloading the CODEX release over night and it will take forever to start all over again. Can someone tell me which is this "ruskie forum", so I can download the missing data? Can't find it on rin.ru.

Usualy its sitting at 60, but on that stage with the rain, coupled with a few of raidens powers, it can go to 45 fps.. it has some of those drops on other stages too with certain particles, i think the particle density system is not optimized at all..

Will try to turn it off to see how it goes.

mh got fresh os installation and launcher doesnt start because of some redists (main exe starts without problem). gonna install everything and try again, should no problem to hit stable 60fps with my rig


edit: installed the vc2013 redists (not in the image),. launcher still doenst work but game runs flawless now. strange thing

I think they did the same fuck-up with either Mortal Kombat 9 or Injustice.

Basically the launcher won't work because it's missing MSVCR110D.dll which is part of the VC++ 2012 runtime redistributable or rather it's full SDK since "D" means it's the debug .dll file which is not normally meant for release projects.
(And the debug .dll is not part of any of the VC++ redistributable packages.)

You can set all the options from the in-game menu though. Smile
(Oh and UE3 is normally quite customizable but they use a encrypted coalesced.ini file with all settings so there's not much you can tweak.)

I just tested different settings, the particle system is definatly broken on some stages, put it on 0 and you should not have any fps drops in fights, at least i dont with these specs..

The rest of the settings i have maxxed out, i just put the particle density slider on 0

Looks like a memory leak to me. I don't have the game yet as I'm not so much into fighting games (except Fight Night ofc). I will probably download it and check the performance.

Run the included runtime installers, repair(if not already installed), then reboot - that'll sort it.

Cutscenes are rendered at 30fps. In-game engice cutscenes are also 30fps but move to 60fps when you start to play - annoyingly, X-Ray and Fatalities appear to go back to 30fps when playing.

Really odd.

Game opinion? It's a clusterfuck of 'special moves' - the game is more about luck that skill IMO. Pretty? Yes, very, but ultimately more of the same.

Runs 60fps here on 1080p - i lowered some options though.

Gameplay itself is not so bad i kinda like it.

Can't play GTA V and MK X as my glasses/spectacles need repair and im almost like bat without them Crying or Very sad

Have you tried downloading the DLL file separately and placing it in the launcher's EXE folder?

This might work. Scratch Head It usually does.

As in, pop it the second before someone attacks you and voila it connects and Xray starts.
