change the reg settings, use it in this thread here (was posted about an hour before the official unlock, search by yourself) or download the official isntaller from the rockstar club and ran that again

Decryption took appr. 20+m minutes however then steam started "unpacking".. and by the look of things it didn't UNPACK anything coz everything was already unpacked..so it was doing some strange shit for like 30-40 minutes. lol.

regular releases for NEW games are 50 euro on steam and about 30euro in retaill here.
Why in the flying fuck would a 2yo game be sold at 60euro... not to say that euro is more expensive than usd and here in Poland, we have euro steam prices... which is incredibly expensive
