Shadowplay works fine when recording in 720p on the laptop display. It just doesn't show up when i main the TV display.
CPU is more than recommended as well, no idea where you drew that conclusion from... i didn't even mention what it had only the GPU
@Breezer i can see the menu just fine and also use it on my laptop display to record, problem is with the TV even after i set it as main.
