You are right. I am also running Gun on a 6600 GT. Not a single issue with anything else.

yea i had lag sometimes when ridin in the desert. I'm not sure what caused it but it wasn't bad but was kinda annoying. I had it maxed out on a 4400+ and 7800GTX so idk why it was so bad :/

freezes here for a sec then goes, i think something have to do with loader don't have clone version though,damn starting hate this console ports & fps caped at 30 fukin consoles

Nope, I think it has something to do with the big world that the game processes without loading - just like in Boiling Point

this seems to be a fun action game, nothing more, nothing less, and I really like the western theme. but it's fucking incredible that they released this for PC when 50% of the people, including me, are experiencing stutters and bad frame rates even when it looks like crap.
i really hope for a patch, else I'll play it on consoles one day...

I found that GUN had a much more interesting story line. The only thing holding GUN back from being as good as any GTA3 series game, is the fact that the world is not as big, and there is not as much to do.

I see many people got some trouble killing magruder, so here's a guide how to do it :
 Spoiler: | There are some small "mountain looking" things on the ground..
Some seconds before that cockfag magruder walks on one, shoot a dynamite arrow at it, and it'll explode when magruder is on it..
4-5 shoots like that, and the first part of his life is owned!

Well, I have P4 2,4 too, 512 Ram and ancient GeForce FX 5600 and i play full speed 1280x1024. I think you need to downgrade. 
Yeah bad joke i know. Anyway i think its driver issue. Also try to disable bloom (fullscreen effects or something like that). That bloom makes game look like shit anyway |
I'm getting a new pc next year but I'm playing it on 768mb RAM, GForce FX5700LE 256mb (Shit card but this game isnt exactly "High Spec") & P4 and I've got to that town place dodge city or somethin and the game is unplayable, goes slow as hell, its just plain unplayable-all graphics are down, 1024x768 res, AA is off of course, Ano my pc is old but jesus, this game as I said isnt exactly higher spec than the likes of far cry or doom 3 yet I can play those no prob, this game has issiues, another sample of cheap couldnt care less by developers console ports to pc. Games over here are now €54.99 a piece and I can't believe game companies don't give a fuck about bringing a proper port any more, look at total overdose as a example lol,
I know my computer is old and I need a new one, which I will be getting next yr after my exams, but I do think most games performing poor that arn't high spec is just laziness of game devs, they are now charging more in Ireland than last year (Call of Duty 2 is €80 in some shops!) and what we are getting basicly is a cheap no effort console port, this game has potential, great potential but it needs some looking into it, my pc rates well over the min requirements!

Could anyone plz upload a savegame for magruder, the game crashed while i tried to collapse the cave and my last save is around 40%.
