Hmm, actually both have good sides. Winter doesn't make you sweat so much, but summer brings hot chicks in bikini's and less

Winter... Less people in the City. During summer, you have to stand the heat, but in Winter, you just pop on some extra clothes and your fine. (Wont protect your face though, from the wind) Besides, insects are too trying =\, The climb onto your skin and you get the spider feeling. You dont have to worry so much about them in winter (Hopefully theyre all "sleeping")

Aww come on, you have to have some appreciation for snow.
What about a white christmas? OK not everyone celebrates christmas but you gotta get in the spirit of things eh . I would hate to live in an area of the world that never gets snow, I think its good to have a mix of all seasons in your life, at the very least it makes you appreciate them all in their own way.
I live in MI btw, warm summers, cold winters...I would rather live a little further south, but not many complaints.

I hate snow...shoveling the driveway SUCKS and always hurts my back...still, can be fun when ur high and drunk 
But I do like the cold, refreshing and there's something soothing about it
