I personnaly think it falls flat at best. He just tries to hard with everything. Design is somewhat OK, but the content is weak as hell IMO.

He's not a friend, the brother of a friend, and he's more of an slightly annoying hipish dude. He posts his things on facebook and there's ton of people going "woaaah, keep the good work Rob, this is awesome".
And I was there thinking "Am I the only one thinking of it as childish and pointless or...?".
Seems like Waldo gets it though, and made a comic that if not funny, would at least have got a smirk out of me.

I don't get teh funnah..
Cant have a pizza party, so wish to live a sewer hiding who you are from the world..
and have mortal enemies that want to kill you..and that you dad is a rat (which is the punchline and out of context of the actual part that would apply, having a MORE overbearing, anti party, sentient martial arts 6 foot rat dad).
Why not batman, NO dad, enough money for unlimited pizza and a whole skate park..and you don't live in a sewer.

It needs a punch line.
There is no punch line. It's just some guys opinion made into a comic. An unfunny opinion. Maybe that is his sense of humor and it only appeals to his shithead friends who fucking fuck all the fucking time like a bunch of shits... Cause the swearing in the comic is so edgy.
It just needs a punch line. Comedy is not that easy these days.
