Can anyone with mega download speed that has this already confirm this is actually the real deal and the NSF Most Wanted demo ??

all pub servers are at capacity at 3dgamers.
fileshack has the demo and suprisigly no wait for the pub servers which has a 250k cap. nice

i have 9800pro also, and with nfsu2 i could cracnk everything up @ 1024 and get smooth play.
new engine? or the same as prev nfsu games?

btw, game is great, looks and drives very nicely.
need online game though.

damn it... its the same handeling as the other console demos this sucks ass!! i agree with ms_bug... stupid handeling... man talk abut last minute crash before hitting finish line last... stupid crap...

the game after playing it for a while is great, i find the handling to be just fine.
love the way when you smash into a cargo truck it drops its load, the police chatter is very well acted. the graphics are stunning, love the shader work on the roads.
fuk even a shop geets smashed to pieces if you ram into it. chairs glass objects flying everywhere. nice
i have a 9800 pro 256, and my settings are every mutha on highest seting @ 1024x768, runs just fine. aa on half bar though.
seems like this card can still cut todays games.
im loving this at the moment. and ill be buying it , this will be some game online.
i got my bounty up to 120k. then smashed into a oncoming car and got busted.
were your screens saved? cant seem to find em

Yeah the steering is easier than it was in the previous game(I noticed it in some videos) but I think it's ok.. in full version we can always tweak this a bit I think.. but I still prefer NFSU1&2 handling, takes more skill and feels better.
And what's up with online play? asks for a damn cd key?!? I dled this mainly for some online fun and now bleh..

Does anyone know how to start the game with a widescreen resolution (1366x768 for example ) ? All recent games were able to manage this resolution. Or at least a widescreen option (like in Quake 4). In F.E.A.R. it was possible to change it in the ini. file. I really would like to play NFSMW on my TV.

i found out how to fix directx problem ran into it myself unzip the demo to a folder on your desktop or where ever and then unzip the 0compressed file to same folder then double click the speedemo exe file and it should run hope this helps......

hmm i got a problem i hope some 1 can help when i try to install it it says that i dont have dx9.0c but i have it and it wont continue my rig is:
AMD A64 3400+, 2GB PC3200 Ram, Winfast A400 TD(6800 vannila)
any ideas ?

Cool finaly I can try out this (I think) great with action (police chases) race game.
Funny live in holland leeching from gamershell dutch server gave me 150K and a UK server 450 owell I cant wait.
