Don't you have officers in that guild?
Btw depending on how long he's awol (few months should do) you can ask for a transference of leadership. Creating a ticket for that should suffice or them disbanding it so a new one can be created.
Get a better structure tho: leader->co leader->officer->member so if someone quits you don't have to be powerless

yeah it wasnt anything major just some humps trying eso out when it first appeared.
most seemed to stop at v1/50 and never returned |

Hmm, if i try to buy crowns it says "you do not qualify for this product"?! 
And how are gold rates in this game? what's considered to be average to have on you?

if u are a crafter and trade a ton/sell to vendors u will get a fair bit around the 60-100k on average with buying selling all the time, and repairs if u were armor etc.
generally if you are high tier crafter and have enchanting and alchemy to go with it all, thats no easy task either really, then you will have monies.
standard player doing some craft for set items and doing ones best as they can up to lvl 50, u will be 10-40k tops varying between that all the time. |

If it's not already there that's so going to be on the Crown Store eventually.
(XP boosters usually end up in such stores, progress in this game can be a bit slow outside of questing from my experience so far so it might become a popular item.)

Yeah they will need some form of revenue stream unless they somehow get a constant influx of new players and they can't just pump out full expansions without months of work so I do expect the Crown Store to gradually introduce "booster" type items as clothing and pets might not quite cut it compared to the monthly subscriptions they had before.
(Path of Exile seems to manage OK though but it's a different bandwidth usage and server cost I assume.)

Even with just skins/dresses or whatever the fuck cosmetica items in the store they will gather enough for upkeep and some profit..
Depending on how greedy they get it will be either that or tons of other p2w/temp etc etc items.

I've already spent £18 in the first few days of playing again. It's so tempting to buy stuff. If/when the release tiger mounts I'm definitely buying one.

Stupid I know but... do you run it as administrator? Fixed some random crashing for me in beta.
And there used to be a memory leak, but I'm sure they fixed that by now

I should be administrator by default, but i have had weird errors before where "run as administrator" worked, but those were cases of just getting the application to run in the first place. I can try for the next session.

I only have crashes when I alt-tab out of the game. I can't remember that it crashed when I first played it shortly after release.
