I installed the game, mounted CD1 with Daemon Tools, ran sd4hider, the game started up no problem. Then I made a change in the options that required me to restart the game, so I quit, relaunched, and now it keeps asking for the CD!
Any idea what I'm doing wrong? I tried rebooting and remounting the image... |
hade the same problem with another game and sd4hide, tho sovled it with just mounting another disc and then re-mounted the play disc dunno if that helps but worth a try (takes like 2 sec)

just STFU, and take english classes it's an international language damn you. |
Agree, they should stop all those stupid questions about multilanguage. If you want multilanguage (If available), buy the game, or download the English release and learn english (Will probably be cheaper the most of the games). |
man, who the fuck r u to say "stupid question" to someone asking "it's multilanguage"?
it's a normal question...it's not like "it's for pc or console?".
So, if u both doesn't know the answer, shut the fuck up and leave space to someone who maybe know the answer. |
Stupid question when you can just look in the nfo, and if it's not in the nfo you can always check distribution sites, they usually mention in what form the games are going to get published, now go take some english classes, and learn some grammer.

God damnit! My company is out of staff, well, I need more staff urgently! Is there any way to advertise for your company to get more staff in there?

This was mentioned in a boomtown review aswell, only solution - according to the reviewer, was to transfer staff to other more 'urgent' positions

There's a crack floating around on the newsgroups, for those of you having trouble with the image.
Does anybody know how you go about giving your actors a raise? My star is getting pissed because I can't figure out how to bump up his salary.

Pick him up and take him to the same building where you release movies and drop him on "finance". From there you can adjust all your actor/director salaries at once.
And, just like Path of Neo, this didn't work for me with any 'hide' programs. No clue what the issue is, but the crack works fine as usual so I didn't mess with it beyond trying each combo once.

Have yet to get SDHider working. Tried all combinations of when to hide, when to mount, switching up mounts, etc. Using Daemon tools and kinda miffed that the scene would release stuff that only works some of the time for some of the people using it.

somehow i don't get the game mechanics...I can churn out movies easily and make a shitload of money with them, but even later, even with a good scriptwriter and people who are good at genres I somehow only make movies that are always at the end of the charts, so my studio is always the last one as well...any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

For those with problems getting the clone to run:
1. Mount with DaemonTools
2. Open up your process tree, look for a process called StarWindService.exe. Terminate this process.
*This process belongs to Alcohol 120%, make sure you don't have anything mounted in Alcohol or the Alcohol program itself running at that time.
3. Click Hide on SDHider
4. Play
Should boot and work like a charm.
Spent 30 minutes fooking with this until I figured out the StarWindService.exe process was the culprit behind the cd error messages.
Hope that helps some people.
*Edit* Hell, it even works without SDHider, just as long as StarWindService.exe is not running
I can never be free, because the shackles I wear can't be touched or be seen.

Look at B&W2's nfo, kid... where u can see "multilanguage"?

A comment and a question....
Comment - To all those have problems gettin it to work, GET THE CRACK!!!
Question - my mouse wheel doesnt work on some games for some odd reason (to be honest, i think i broke it one time when i smashed my mouse down real hard). Is there anyway to change the zoom buttons to say +/- or some other config? I checked the options but there isnt (atleast that i can see) a way to change some of the preset controls...OR, does anyone know the existing keyboard shortcuts for zooming?

Huh? says the guy with 9 post who thinks nforce is part of the scene, and therefore go there for all his 'scene' information, everyone else who has a little sense just discusses the releases. If you where that 'leet' you'd just download the release and check the info for yourself, instead of sitting here always asking if it's multilanguage, while you wait for it to appear on torrents.
