That was such a classic Arsenal CL performance. Every single year, so close, yet so far! I'm starting to think that they're doing it on purpose to piss the fans off xD
And dem penalties. The one with the stylish slow run was so unconventionally terrible  . But yeah, we shouldn't be laughing either really..I still have fresh memories of the Supercup final with Chiellini taking the embarrassing decisive penalty

This is pretty interesting, the average age of teams in the CL:

But the whole team did a fantastic job, with Marchisio perfectly replacing Pirlo and Vidal doing what he does best  , along with Pereyra. The defence was also impeccable, I'm surprised really.
Too bad for Pogba, hope it's nothing too serious.

the win is deserved ofc, but that first tevez goal... mh nice shot but he has too much space, defenders should attack him early and if thats not bad enough he caught weidenfeller on the wrong foot and hummels stand in front of him so that he cant see the ball early

and btw the fifa confirmed the final of the world cup 2022 will be on 18th december...
srsly? i have no problem with drinking beer and grilling steaks in winter but a world cup just doenst fit the mood!

The gif is a bit late but just after the referee ended the match the GK stormed to van der Hoorn and giving him the talk you still see at the end.

Anyone else thinks the away rule should go when reaching extra time?

Yep, it's too much of an unfair advantage. Over the normal 90 minutes it's fine, but in extra time it should disappear. It probably won't, the main argument being that the home team has fan support, but the ratio between fan support and away rule is uneven.

ofc munich gets the weakest opponent (and yes even if monaco doesnt score many goals they are stronger opponent as porto). although juve vs monaco will be the most boring game ever cause both teams will start with 10 defenders ^^

That's very disappointing. We know fifa is corrupt so why not cook up better match ups. We've seen Atheltico vs RM and PSG vs Barcelona not that long ago. I would've loved to see:
Barcelona vs Bayern (just too see if barca can avenge that 7-0)
RM vs Juventus (just for novelty)
Athletico vs PSG (again, for novelty)
Porto vs Monaco (i don't care about them)
