I'm afraid no one will see my post on the previous page, so reposting:
Policies question: When enabling policies, i.e. Energy and Water conservation, is the cost 5 or .5 per citizen? I couldn't see it very well last night and my income of 1500+ pretty much when to -500 and dropping having like 1500 people in my town. I was trying to figure out why that was since you'd think it wouldn't cost that much. The mood status of the people didn't drop that much but one or both of those policies seemed to "break the bank."

The tooltip clearly states 5 / building. That's the reason those policies are quite a drain on your economy (seeing you soon have hundreds of buildings)

I see many people selling ROW cdkeys for this for like 12-13$
Anyone know where to buy those keys myself?

Current Lowest Price: 17,21€ at DLGamer after coupon code DLG-PACENAYA (Activates on Steam)
Used to be 15€ at Nuuvem, no clue about lower prices for ROW copies tho.

Cheers for these! (Finally have some free time ahead, so my weird city experiments can go on, with even more contents)

My citizens are retarded...three 6-lane roads lead to the commercial district and they only use one, causing a never ending traffic jam.

The hearses in this game is fucked up.
I have cemetery and a crematorium on the same avenue, and they just drive past where they should pick up the dead

A week now and I can't put this down. Some issues here and there I encountered I was able to solve them with mods.
Colossal Order and Paradox have a goldmine here. I just hope EA will not attempt to buy Colossal Order but I'm afraid that after the shutdown of Maxis they will try it. I was not a fan of the CiM games (too many issues imo) but Skylines is a pleasant surprise for me.

Appdata etc/Cities Skylines/Mods or Assets or Saved Games or Color Corrections depending on the file.
Just make sure the folder name is the same as the file/mod one.

Holy Crapola. The water treatment plants actually change the flow of the river.
Which resulted in tons of polluted water going into the pipes. Guess I'll have to move them somewhere else. Or just go back to regular sewage and pollute the river like there's no tomorrow. But at least the flow doesn't change and the clean water is clean.

So I need to rename all these numbers that are in folder name to real mod name?
