Does anyone know how to delete a district? My google fu is letting me down atm.

Edit: Never mind, it's done by right clicking the zoning tool. Very Happy

Gahh I didn't realise this was developed in Unity! Am I the only one to have not known?!

I only realized once I tried to use GeDoSaTo with the game. It has a few issues with Unity games.

There are ways to use GeDo with Unity games, but it didn't work for me. I didn't care enough to keep trying, but if anyone has more success, let me know.

While the buildings have an area of influence it seems their service vehicles have unlimited range, good for things like police stations..which you don't seem to need many of, but bad for others. Like you mentioned you get hospitals going well beyond their range and overlapping.

Yeah it seems that way. Oh well, I guess there has been so much problems down south that they felt the need to chip in. Wink At least I think I have fixed the problem with sick people. Didn't even consider the fact that most got sick from noise polution, so the easiest way to fix it was to re-zone the area closest to the busiest road. Sorry my dear citizens that I have caused you headaches...but to my defence, they must have known before they moved in! Very Happy

One question. Does anyone know what happens to the dead people when you start to empty a graveyard? Do they just move it to another one, or some/all goes to the crematorium?

At some point none of my graveyards still had people in them, so the possibility of shady businesses aside, they seem to land at the crematorium.
Same goes for the garbage dumps and their incinerators. Not sure if I like the parallels here Laughing

not exactly, similar feeling i had in banished, when you build almost everything, there's not much to do, except expanding, but it gets repetitive, it was fun for a few hours. Not a bad game, but definitly need more content.

This would have been simcity's problem if they had a larger map. One of the things they would have had to do was double or triple the content in order to not leave players bored as shit on larger maps.

This game really needs a lot more content. A lot of things feel really basic. Fire consists of a big station and a small station..and that's it? same with police? No prison even?
No library in education?

only one size water pump? No plant other than the treatment plant?
It seems like they made this almost finished cool road editor then said, oh hey let's add some city stuff, and basically just added the bare minimum as a life support system for the roads.

This game, just like Banished, is all about personal goals. Real sandbox game where you strive to achieve the goals you want to achieve.

Like build the city to look a certain way or build every possible building and their level ups or unlock all the achievements.

Banished was the only game where I went out to unlock achievements because it was the only game I had fun doing it.

After having built a town that was more polluted than Beijing and one that had more traffic than Palermo, I decided to start over (again). But first I had to test water physics directly on my people, The Day After Tomorrow-like xD
So far so good, everything's in its place, there are no bullshits, no annoyances, nothing hasty or anti-customer (I'm looking at you, City of the Sims five 'o cloud), the game gives you all the tools and that's it, time to play virtual Lego. Very Happy

Simply put, it's a competent city builder. Looks nice, runs nice, the interface is good, and so on. There's depth too, though like many Humpers have said, I feel like it's perhaps too manageable if you know the basics, and contents could use more variety/have even more customization. Nothing that mods can't fix though, that's probably the best aspect..infinite possibilities! Will definitely grab it legit from the Gabesales in the future.

Thanks, I posted my problem on reddit as well and the guy linked it to me. Will try it later, but definitely a cumbersome way to deal with the problem. :/

You can build a hydroelectric dam, but you need to be careful since it must be a safe place, possibly not right in front of the city, in case things go wrong. Razz

Or you can drain a river, then destroy the dam, and enjoy the view xD
