Outfits too. At least I'm pretty sure they are. I used the secret agent one (you just wear a suit) since the last patch. (yep, just checked and the outfits are already there)

Yep.

I was about to complain that it's a lame update but then I realized I already pirated all those weapons/outfits.
Aww Yeah

That new difficulty sounds interesting, though.

I'm sure all they'll do is increase the health of the bad guys and/or just nerf damage output of the weapons. Next Game Plus Plus +

That's my concern as well. Hard mode is not only about playing with stats, it should be more, with proper gameplay alterations. Didn't like for example the S̶u̶p̶e̶r̶ ̶A̶g̶g̶r̶e̶s̶s̶i̶v̶e̶ Overly Attached Zombies Mod, because it really felt too extreme and unrealistic.
Just found this (about the mode), sounds okay-ish I guess:
Quote:
In Hard Mode, players will face more difficult nighttime scenarios and deadlier, "more vicious" enemies. In addition, players will find fewer resources and supplies to scavenge, while you'll also need to utilize stealth and silence more than normal.

One thing I really found myself wanting in this game was a bow and arrows. I wanted to play it as a stealth game but it's just not practical unless they make some changes.

50 new weapons added? Nice.

I hope this means we'll see more blunt weapons near the end, because all I saw when I last played were mostly katanas and khopeshes.

Yeah had to use a mod for that, probably no longer compatible as this is bound to have changed a number of files used by modders, going to take a while to go through it all and sort out any compatibility problems.

Here's a video of a player finding the new weapons, with a high level character.

So there are new blunt weapons to be found at high level now, which is exactly what I wanted with the weapon system.

Also, this video hints at more stuff to be added. Dune buggy Confused

Am very close to finishing the game...honestly i don't want too...it's been a while since i had so much fun with a game...even the side quests are not boring...the parkour element helped a lot in making the game extra fun + the looting and crafting...hopefully they did well and they go for a sequel...

If you watch a little further, he visits a store and there are lots of blunt weapons. In my game at the same character level, all I see are bladed ones.

I don't know if they're new models or simply blunt weapons from earlier that have stats scaled higher but either way, they're available.

Finally finished it, mainly because I got bored and went straight to the ending with plenty of side stuff and challenges left to do.

As someone that usually hates sandbox games I must say this was quite nice.
However, it's way, WAY too easy. Halfway through the game I already had an upgraded weapon that could kill any of the basic enemies with a single hit.

Also, lamest final "boss" ever. (I mean, seriously? They didn't have any QTEs throughout the campaign and then they pull a QTE-only final battle? 'Dafaq were they thinking??)

You can continue but (Without mods at least.) at the highest player levels you might only find a few types of weapons though it should still be better than it was pre-patch. Smile
(Before this update it was mostly Kopesh, Katana and Ceremonial Sword weapons and nothing else other than the pistol, rifle and shotgun firearms.)

Dying Light Update v1.5.0 *Installation Fix* (c) Techland

Release Date: 11/03/2015 Protection: Steam
Cracked By: BAT-TEAM # of Files: one

Fix notes:
With the v1.5.0 update Steam deleted some unnecessary game
files. It turns out, that the game refuses to start if
these files are still present. Here is a small fix for that

1. Unpack the patch.bat file, copy it to the game
installation directory and run it (as admin if needed)
2. Enjoy! [Wink]
