Already sent an email to the devs to asking to implement a handicap option which slows down the movement of your character to human speeds.
Idea: make arena shooter with unsporty couch potatoes with fatigue and stuff, where you just slouch around the arena, with terrible aiming! Brilliant idea, if I say so myself.

Nah, that's too extreme
Werelds playing with fov down to 20 or something similar should do nicely.
You're underestimating the ninja powers of master Wereld. He's really that good
When we played Rise of the Triad together some time ago he wasn't even trying, messing around all the time, yet he destroyed me
Sin317-"im 31 years old and still surprised at how much shit comes out of my ass actually ..."
SteamDRM-"Call of Duty is the symbol of the true perfection in every aspect. Call of Duty games are like Mozart's/Beethoven's symphonies"
deadpoetic-"are you new to the cyberspace?"
If only you knew how many shots I didn't upload where I overshoot my target time after time due to the mouse acceleration

You should join us in UT4!
And BF4
Vaifan's completely new to this shit but already getting better. Above all though, he's now experiencing the adrenaline rush it gives..and digging it
Must say, despite the mouse acceleration, it's shaping up really nicely. Runs super smooth and compared to the old UT games, there's at least one thing I can definitely say is much better, which is sound. Not as much the quality of the effects (UT always did EAX), but the directional sounds are much better. I rely on my sound a lot in games and out of all the games I've played, UT's always been at the bottom, they just never got it quite right (as opposed to Q3, HL/CS, CoD or BF). In this one though (as you can tell by when I turn and in which direction), it's pretty spot on.
Rofl, how low was your dpi there? Looks almost asif you are playing with controller lol..
Furthermore, it feels a lot slower in general, idk if i quite like it...
12000. Sensitivity at 0.001 (no, not a typo, the game allows that) though. I'm a low sensitivity player, I move my arm rather than my wrist. The point of DPI isn't more sensitivity
And feels slower than what exactly? It's not slower than the old UT games, trust me. Might look slower in the video, it's not.
Mouse acceleration seems wonkey in this game (raw mouse input would have been great).
Played arund a bit and it's quite fun, will definitely give this another go further down the line.
Character movement only seemed to be slow in those vids as it's very fluid and faster than it appears to be (which is a good thing).

Turn it off then. You've got the source
Wish I had the time. There's a couple of threads on the forums though and the problem seems to be that it's too closely tied to the rendering. There's a bunch of settings that improve it though, so I'll give those a go next time.
