You just made me triple check my Gtx 960 specs - and not on nVidia's website. Thankfully, you're wrong and Maxwell is in fact full DX12 ready.
Asus, B550, 3700X, 3060, 32GB.

So then they closed this thread it was until something substantial happened well now it has and the thread is open. But what happened was a delay so did the person who opens this thread again think the new posts to this thread would be any better then those that made it so the thread was closed in the first place?

as someone already said, DX12 is pure software, all DX11 GPU can support it, as long as GPU manufacturers update the drivers

Actually it is not even clear yet if the current "DX12" cards will have support for all DX12 shit.

The PC version is stuck in development hell so much it's not even funny. By this rate they'll delay it to "optimize" it for skylake. Dx12 features can be released later, through a patch. There are no more excuses. This is such a shit show.
