maybe they are working on the online part of the game. when it hit the consoles first time the online was literally broken, i mean invisible players, lagging, teleporting thru the map etc broken.
or maybe they are just delaying to make people pissed off so they have fun reading about it

or maybe its like a procrastinating child who has to do an school assignment and every time they accidentally notice their study books out of the corner of their eye, they get depressed and mutter something about 'ill do it next week' and then they go outside to play.

Doesn't seem quite right to me. Which card will support DX12?
If minimum cards on requirements don't they can geti n serious trouble for misleading info.

If the rumours about DX12 are true this means that the game is a total disaster regarding optimization. DX12 will surely give them the opportunity for a more optimized product but I don't think they can delay once more the game.
That said, if DX12 implementation is true, they will release an unfinished product on April 14th and they'll come with excuses/promises that the DX12 version will be the definitive one blah blah blah.

On nvidia side gtx 7xx and later cards will support although first "real" dx 12 cards seem to be gtx 970 and gtx 980. And on amd side probably the equivalent cards will support it.
Ofc not only graphic cards but also cpus will support it. So lots of hardware will probably cover dx12.

There's no GPU's available yet with full hardware support for DX12, plus there's no OS out either and Windows 10 is still in "tech preview" so I doubt Rockstar would add DX12 this early if they were considering adding that API.

Yeah but as far as i know dx12 wont be a hardware-wise upgrade. It will be a software enhancement. At least the results that they(intel/nvidia) are showing us, are from couple of generation old hardware.

But still if the cards from Minimum requirements cannot handle it they will get in serious trouble. And if there will be dx11 and dx12 option there is no need to delay and just release dx12 support when ready.

I don't believe this will be reason for another delay, but if it is they will get a lot of refunds for delaying twice in 20 days.
