So for once I'm right about another delay, that they dared to do it just shows how much they really care. 'Sorry guys we're lazy and can't do shit but it's ok if we delay it because of our own incompetence, right, right???'
They do it because they can. People will gladly throw their money on an old game with gfx mods anyway.

Maybe there is a good reason behind all those delays.
They are probably just waiting for the release of a GPU/Processor that can run their crappy port.
