Is there a standart for creating NFOs?
I think this site needs FAQ,Template or whatever that could tell people:
Which programs do they need to Create NFO.
What are the main notes that NFO must contains.
It will be easier that the Uploaders and people could know how to describe what relese they upload.
I meet this problem with DVDRs:
Not all of them shows the Source of the release.
Not all of them shows the subtitles that are included.
With DVDRips:
Not all of them has the subtitle file in English.
Is there a post that I missed that explains all this?

xtorrent....this isnt a torrent site...if ur talking about ppl not including nfo's on torrent releases or corrupted nfos, well, thats risk u take with shitty BT in all honesty.
But, if ur saying some nfo's lack information about the release....not much u can do bud, its up to the release groups to include whatever infomation they want in the nfo...
But, in regards to DVDr's...every nfo i have from a dvdr clearly states the source of the video, the archive size and files, how it was packaged, the date of release and any other infomation u can think of (ie audio encoding, vid stream info etc)
I think ur gettin shitty/corrupted nfo's dude...

Not really, release groups put in them what they think is useful for leechers to know.

Welcome to the internet, on your left hand, next to the kindergarten, you see Google your best friend if you're looking for something.

Basically a NFO always has Release Name, Release Date, Size and Description/Install Notes.

I think you are referring to your torrent client here, NFOrce has nothing to do with that and I don't think there is a torrent client that can attach descriptions to torrents anyway.

Bad NFO then, however the only one that can be blamed is the release group. And if there is no sign of subtitles, there usually are none.

Not all releases are made by English speaking groups and not all leechers want English subs. For those there are alt. subbed releases. But again, Google is your best friend, in this case to find a subtitle database site.

Nope, but most of the things speak for themselves and above all have nothing to do with NFOrce. We don't decide what we put in the NFO's that are listed on the site, release groups do.
