Paxsali's science-gasm thread.

I watched every single one of these videos fully and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who is interested:

https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLGMuHMqakO7mACusRNgrePyZJyIPNk6um

This first batch should be enough for now.

From now on I shall post regulary. Enjoy.

"Hyperbole will destroy us all.", Matt Dillahunty.
"The hyperbole, the demonization of the other opinion and the unwillingness to even read the opposing opinion destroys the so important political discussions necessary for the well functioning of society.", Couleur

Holy shit, you could've just made and shared a playlist of those videos. That would've been easier for our browsers to digest Very Happy

Neat! Seems like something I could do right after I am done with my entire gaming backlog... but by then all this science will be obsolete Sad

~ unfixed Mad - PA ~

There, I fixed the links for you

Funny tho, been thinking for three weeks to do my own Science thread to share the vids I watch every day. So I might end up dumping some in your thread at times!

Please share them as URL links to the HTTPS version, not HTTP as they'll be parsed by our board Smile

Can we just focus on one subject at the time, please? I'm not going to randomly copy/paste links in my browser unless there is at least a title with an explanation or something.

"Enlightenment is man's emergence from his self-imposed nonage. Nonage is the inability to use one's own understanding without another's guidance. This nonage is self-imposed if its cause lies not in lack of understanding but in indecision and lack of courage to use one's own mind without another's guidance. Dare to know! (Sapere aude.) "Have the courage to use your own understanding," is therefore the motto of the enlightenment."

I've just read Quantum Enigma and once again was amazed with quantum physics.

It's a good book for physics noobs, but it's suggesting that quantum physics is strongly linked to conciousness, like it's a fact, while only 6% of scientists believe that it is.
