Sure, I know, I simply thought the cracked version will be out like 2 hours after the official release. 
Well, no hurry. I'm having a blast with both FotS and Rome 2 at the moment, and even though I'm itching to loot and sack half of Europe playing as some pre-Viking raiders, I can wait. The game will probably require a handful of patches, first.
Edit2: LOL, same thing happening to JB above.

Found some benchmarks for CPU's. All I can say is lol at AMD being completely raped by Intel. My poor 8350:

I was going to buy the game for a mere EUR 25, then found out at checkout that there was the additional VAT to consider, so I thought: fuck it, I'm gonna wait for the crack.

The windows version got cracked and it works. I say no more. PM for details. Not scene released yet
EDIT: Runs like shit on my system@1080p with most options on "performance" mode. My system isn't high end but it's not shit either.
FX8350@ 4.5
R9 280x Core 1175 Mem 1650
8GB 2133MHz RAM
Win 7 64
My PC is seriously well maintained and I make sure even the smallest thing is fully updated, especially drivers. But having to use half the settings on "performance" mode just for an acceptable mid 30 FPS rate is a joke. CA need AMD optimisation and AMD need to release some god dam drivers.
Oh and to top it all off windows gave me a low memory message when I exited the game. Screw you CA!

Does the encyclopedia work on your end? I've read that it causes the game to crash for many as it is not yet implemented properly in the yarr version.

It is, but it works perfectly in the cracked version of Rome 2 regardless.
With Attila, it seems not to be the case for everyone.

First time I launched the game the encyclopedia worked fine, but now it started crashing. BTW - is there a way to enable the Viking Forefathers pack in 3DM version?

If you are using the crack fix, don't skip the intro movie instantly. wait 15 sec then skip it.
you need to patch one of the steam files to unlock the dlc.

What the hell is up with morale in this game?
I was in a minor town battle, with the defenders more or less beaten back - their general was dead, and all they had left were 3 units of archers against my more than half dozen melee units (granted mine were about half-way dead).
All my men literally had to do was walk up hill to the town center and capture the point (while their archers were pulling back in a completely different direction). The remainder of my army was more or less routed by a single rickety stick shit tower that they apparently lacked the courage to run past on their easy road to victory.
Battle lost.
Vikings my fucking ass.

OK, after playing this a bit I'm actually impressed. Yeah, using performance mode sucks but it looks dam good actually for a low setting. I'm defo purchasing this game now.
Just a quick note on what I found with graphic settings:
screen space reflections and sky quality can be maxed and depth of field can be turned on +AF 16x. You lose like 1 frame with all them on so may as well max them. Terrain quality takes a lot of FPS away as does grass and trees.Oh and weirdly turning MLAA off loses you a couple of frames... But sure patches will help performance. CA have impressed me.

+AF 16x ? AF never worked in total war games, or at least not in rome 2 afaik, dont tell me its actually working

I don't know if it works I just stick it at 16 and be done with it. No performance lost so may as well.
