Retail version can get .exe via the key into the box.
Same as ACU and FC4 when only .exe was leaked because uplay pre-load is the whole game decrypted files without .exe

You can if you have key to activate. Digital purchase never gives the key before release date, but leaked retail copy has it.
This is why all uplay AAA games with retail versions leak early.
Most recent leaks days before official release , Watch Dogs, Assassin's Creed Unity, Far Cry 4.

Pretty sure it has english just some of their suppliers gave them retail dvd with official installer.But there is high probability its old build and pre-load might be updated
