The 60FPS is just a tag for people to know they can watch videos at 720p(60) or 1080p(60)

. Seems to be fail card from 9xx series, too expensive and heavily overclocked version is just enough to get GTX 770 stock performance. They should have made it have 3GB VRAM and performance better than GTX 770, then it would have been nice card.
