Pretty much everyone is bitching about the DLC paywall...
I wonder if 2K will take notice, apologise and issue all DLC as free downloads.

Ok, so my brother bought this "cheap" without looking into VPN requirements and whatnot.
Hes managed to activate the key no problem but obviuosly now has the problem of having to run a VPN everytime he wants to start the game lol.
I looked into whether a steam_appid txt file would allow him to run the game without steam but the CODEX crack only seems to use an ini file and a dll.
My question is this, if i send him the CODEX crack can he use that on an official copy and still be able to play online or will the just the crack itself prevent him?
I know it might sound like a dumb question, but i wasnt sure if there were other components within the game files that will still confirm the game as being legit.

Let's say, the hypothetical $1 Humble Bundle then, the desperate move to keep online games alive, with the new people hopping in. Basically falling into the same category as Titanfall and Battlefield Hardline.

The only recent-ish online shooter that manages to give me some fun these days is Red Orchestra 2, but even that one has its flaws. Insurgency is okay as well, doesn't make me wow but works well without durr. Then there's still BF4, whom I have a love/hate relationship with (we broke up, I'm trying to repair that). Don't have the time for Arma/BF2 Reality anymore, so I'm forced to be a forever alone offline guy. It's not that bad actually 
Cow a doodly is obviously not an option for the obvious reasons xD, same for its copycats. I did enjoy Modern Warfare 1 back then though  |

Like the beta running at 1440p with this SMAA shit and max details wonderfully smooth with my 970 EVEN though 3,5-3,7gb VRAM used from time to time ^^. Doesn't matter.
I think it runs a bit better than the beta.

I doubt Steam cares about this that much as long as the game is not exclusive to some particular countries due to specific content, censorship or anything else by the will of publisher. RU and EU/US Evolve versions are completely the same, difference is ust the purchase price in country.
