I had this question since there is a deal for Last of us for $17 and since it has 50Gb install size and 40GB download size so my question being
Once the download gets completed and games gets installed can i remove it from Notification- > Downloads would it delete the downloaded data or installed data ?
can't believe i'm explaining how to play console games but.... you just press download and wait for it to finish. there is nothing else you need to do.
The GOTY version is 26GB installed, you need about 52GB free to download and install. Downloaded install-files are removed automatically after installation.
finally, time to go back in...bad news for 1080p users tho..

I have a PS4 Pro running on 1080p tv, what was the bad news?
Didn't watch that video but from what i was reading patch 1.08 removed supersampling for 1080p.

Run the game connected to a full HD screen (or set your video display settings output to 1080p if you have a 4K screen) and you get the fastest, smoothest version of The Last of Us ever released, along with the higher resolution shadow-maps that were previously locked to the 30fps mode. We put this game through the wringer in even the most intense scenes the game offers and could not see a single dropped frame. The only issue is that the high-res shadow-maps have some glitching issues that need addressing but overall, this is really cool stuff. The issue is this though: bearing in mind that 4K performance issues are improved, why was super-sampling removed as an option for 1080p users? This mode is great, but why couldn't it have been an option for all Pro users?
Finally got to play it and it was........awesome. Haven't played anything like this in recent years.
Looks great, solid characters and a fantastic story-telling. Right from the start, I was completely hooked in. The ending was very well done.

This is one of the best games i've played and i usually hate linear games.. I just love the setting and characters in this game. It's up there with Half-Life 1 for me..
Need to buy myself a PS4 Pro so i can play this again...

very interesting. I really find it hard to believe that everyone truly likes this game 10/10.

Its not a bad game, but its nowhere a goty material or 10/10.
Yeah, they have some lengthy yaddayadda conversations and all that. But gameplay wise? nothing really makes it stand out.
The firs time I played it was for 1,5 hour and after that, nothing made me come back to it.
I wrote about it earlier in the thread i believe, i actually bought it, played it (1-2h), completely dismissed it, sold it. Then for some reason i thought i really should give it a second chance (don't remember the exact reason) and i ended up absolutely loving the game. I've played a bit of the new Uncharted on PS4, didn't like that one at all, but i think i'll have another go at it..

After ditching the game for the 1st try, I found its box after a year and gave it a second go, thinking that it would get better but no.
That ending? plain stupid.
And gameplay wise: I have expected something new. But it intorduces nothing new.
