Sure is! There is simply no reason to pre-order a digital product! And it's not like they are going to be bankrupt if you don't give them the money upfront  You are part of the problem people!

65 mbit/s would not be too impressive for sweden. Even in Germany you can get up to 100 mbit/s, with VDSL even.

I have only 64mbit, but it's ok. My router with custom firmware can barely handle that
