Well I became a Network Engineer when I was 20 and without a diploma (still don't have one).
Just follow your passion. Even if it means escaping from your country.
I can only say: inaction won't bring you change. So take risks. Ofcourse I do realize how hard it is for most people to take an actual risk. But... what have you to lose?
And yes with my white privilege and luck of being born in Europe it makes everything easier... But eh, in the end everyone needs to take some kind of risk to get somewhere.
