It's easy to just walk around with your face oozing blood and say it has nothing to do with what you do or how you live.
Let me give you examples of what is NOT your fault.
- Herpes simplex 1: you can get it from your mothers first kiss. 80% of the population carry it and the rest just dont get symptoms. You can infect your own or your partner's genitalia with it aswell.
- Demodicids: tiny worms that live and breed on your eyelashes eating dead skin, eye secretion and the dead corpses of eachother. Courtesy of the first person to touch their face and then touch yours.
Health problems are often a result of our culture, habits or ekology. So the ignorance, I fear, might be the other way around.

Anyone who spells ecology with a K is obviously a retard.
I can tell you know nothing at all about acne, and have obviously never had it. Just shut the fuck up and learn a little science before spouting bullshit.
It's related to hormones, because these are what trigger sebum production in adolescents. Certain foods can aggravate acne, but certainly don't cause it. Chocolate causing acne is a myth perpetuated by the ignorant. Face washes can help, but are certainly no cure.
I had acne when I was younger, I tried everything, as most sufferers do. You have no idea.
At least you have an appointment with a meat hook to look forward to.

i still get breakouts...
most of my old classmates don't 
I got zits on my chin... some on my cheek... and i think the bump on my head is a zit i just can't pop it yet

well some of these women aren't that bad since they're all in bad poses with creases showing. but it's the 1s with bad skin and some of it will probably be down to all the make-up they wear. Still if u see ur girl friends without makeup on even if its only a bit there's a big difference. |

Yeah, it's weird how much of a difference a bit of makeup can make.
I love waking up 15 minutes before I have to be in uni and still getting in on time. It must be annoying needing a hour every morning to put the shit on.

shouldn't you be crying? We all know u wear make-up!. And tbh I wake up an hour before uni. I have a bath 30mins... iron my clothes. 10 mins... get dressed and do my hair and brush my teeth 10 mins.. drive to college another 10 mins. I'm usually late though |

how's that emo? 30mins in the bath... (ok gonna tell u my routine )
I run a deep bath. Then i shampoo my hair. I wash that off then put soke conditioner on. I get out the paper and read. After a few mins i'll wash it off and just soak in my bath. After about 10 mins of reading i'll again put shampoo on and then wash myself with some soap. Get the shampoo out and put conditioner on and then wash myself with some shower gel. I will usually put some cream on my face too and then wash it all off and get out. I'll just sit on the end of the bath for a few mins then i'll brush my teeth and put some kinda cream on. That takes me 30 mins.
know I brush my teeth twice and do everything twice but o well I find myself wasting time too much too but I hate waking up .

Wow I couldn't stop laughing while reading that
I go in. Run a deep bath. Soak my hair then wash it. Soap up m'self then use a scrubber then wash off. Then I brush my teeth. I get out dry my self off. Run a comb under tepid water and brush my hair back
15 minutes baby. Half of those are done for brushing my teeth

well yea I know it's a bit weird but I like to read whilst having a bath since its the only time I get to (or whilst havin a shit). I also think that the 'side stories' are the best and 9/10 you can talk about them in school and they always make me laugh  .

I don't have a shower and as i stressed there. i like to read the paper . I can go a week only using a shower but when I have a bath I feel much more relaxed and cleaner.

I have to soak my head. My shower head has mo pressure at all. So I kinda have to put my head right under the tap I got a few nasty bumps at the back of my head when someone on the floors above me flushed and hot water starter pouring round my neck and my first reaction was to move my head up
