Oh you mean in the game? Yeah, the bodies look sort of similar but the heads are completely different. Striga's is round, ghoulish with rows of long fangs and Werewolf's is canine with a long snout.
But believe me striga does refer to vampires or flesh eating ghouls that are cursed undead. Werewolves are shapeshifters but they are alive.

No need to upgrade then? Why make a statement that you're going to upgrade if you're then going to say that you'll just play with lower settings and fps? Stick with what you have now, play with lower settings and fps. No?

I'm going to upgrade my card, since I doubt my current card can achieve the settings I'd like to use at an acceptable framerate. It's not rocket science. I know you perfectly understand what I mean, so I assume you're trying to prove a point I don't understand.
